  • 2. Meet the Driver Must-Haves:

    • Drivers need to be 25+ with 5+ years driving experience,
    • Have a valid Thai or International License (plus International Driving Permit-IDP for international driver).
    • Only registered drivers can drive.

    3. Secure Your Date:

    • A THB 5,000 deposit locks in your booking.
    • The rest is due 24 hours before pick-up.
    • We accept bank transfer, PromptPay, or credit card

    4. Security Deposit:

    • There's a THB 50,000 refundable security deposit
    • You get the main deposit back within 24 hours after the return check.

    5. Quick Check-in/out:

    • We'll do a simple video walk-around of the car together at the start and end of your trip.
    • The car is mechanically verified during delivery to the Hotel.
    • If you feel the vehicle is not performing to safety standards within the first 30 minutes or 10 km, return it to the us for a full refund.

  • 6. Important & Friendly Reminders

    Fuel Policy & Mileage:

    • Please bring it back with a full tank of Gasohol 95
    • Each package has included kilometers.
    • We waive the first 20 km over!
    • Extra is THB 76/km.

    Cleanliness:

    • No Smoking inside the car
    • Help keep the Porsche nice for the next person.
    • Excessive mess will mean a cleaning fee (THB 1,000-2,000).

    Driving with Respect:

    • No racing, drifting, burnouts, race track use, off-road, muddy road, or flood road
    • No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Do not let unregistered people drive.
    • Do not tamper with GPS, telematics, or vehicle systems
    • These are important for safety and insurance.

    Insurance:

    • You're covered by a comprehensive insurance for commercial use car (allowed for rental) from Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited
    • We put a limit to your financial loss.
    • Your maximum responsibility of THB 50,000 per incident.

    Insurance Declaration

    • Third-party liability (Life/Body): 1,000,000 THB/person | 20,000,000 THB/incident.
    • Third-party property damage: 5,000,000 THB/incident.
    • Injury/death: 300,000 THB for Driver and 300,000 THB for Passenger
    • Hospitalization: 300,000 THB per person
    • Bail bond: 550,000 THB/incident.

    In Case of Accident:

    • If something happens, stay safe.
    • Call police 191/ambulance 1669 if needed
    • Call us right away at 081 882 6757

    In Case of Booking Unavailable:

    • In the rare case your booked car isn't available before your rental starts like a last-minute mechanical issue
    • we'll let you know right away. You'll get a full refund, or we can work with you to reschedule.

    Understand the Risk

    • The Renter acknowledges the inherent risks of a high-performance vehicle and accepts the insurance limits provided above.
    • Shangri-La Chiang Mai Hotel is a facilitator only. Renter releases Shangri-La Chiang Mai from all claims arising from the use of this vehicle.
